1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Pip Pop Art (Phil Pike), based in Eastham, Wirral, UK.

​2. Eligibility

The Summer Giveaway is open to entrants aged 18 or over from any country that Pip Pop Art currently ships to. A full list of eligible shipping countries can be found on the Pip Pop Art website. By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements. Employees, family members, or anyone directly connected with Pip Pop Art are not eligible to enter.

​3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit their email address via the official Summer Giveaway landing page during the competition period. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed.

​4. Competition Period

Entries open on 30 June 2026 and close at 23:59 GMT on 31 July 2026. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted.

​5. Prize

One winner will receive a stretched 20 inch canvas print of their choice from the current selection available in the Pip Pop Art online shop at the time of winning. No cash alternative is available. If the chosen print becomes unavailable for any reason, an alternative of equal value will be offered. International winners will receive their prize shipped to any eligible country listed on the Pip Pop Art website.

​6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random on 1 August 2026. The winner will be contacted by email using the address provided at entry. The winner must respond and claim their prize within 7 days of notification. If no response is received within this timeframe, Pip Pop Art reserves the right to select another winner at random.

​7. Proof of Prize Receipt

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner agrees to send a clear photo of themselves with their chosen canvas print once it arrives. This photo may be used by Pip Pop Art for promotional purposes, including social media posts, website content, and future competition announcements.

​8. Email Subscription

By entering the Summer Giveaway, participants agree to be added to the Pip Pop Art email subscriber list. Subscribers will typically receive one newsletter per month, and may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email. Pip Pop Art will not share subscriber information with third parties.

​9. Data Protection

All personal data collected during this competition will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. Email addresses will be used solely for competition administration and ongoing Pip Pop Art email communications unless the participant unsubscribes.

​10. General Conditions

Pip Pop Art reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. The promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
