Colourful, camp, and full of charisma. This portrait of Andy Bell and Vince Clarke reimagines The Circus with pop art punch and emotional flair. The duo’s stylised expressions beam from a kaleidoscope of colour, framed by bold typography and a golden spotlight that nods to the album’s carnival spirit. The marbled textures swirl like synth melodies in motion, capturing Erasure’s blend of heartfelt drama and glittering joy.
Part of Pip’s 80s Synthpop Part II Collection, this canvas celebrates Erasure as masters of melody and mischief, where every heartbreak comes with a dancefloor and every chorus feels like confetti.
🎪 Step right up. The circus is in town, and it’s fabulous.
Erasure - The Circus (Canvas Prints)
This print is reproduced from Pip's original hand painted acrylic artwork. It is brought to life on a premium canvas giclée print, designed to showcase every detail with rich depth and vibrant colours. The work is one of a series of 10 paintings from Wirral based artist Pip that form the ‘Eighties Synthpop Part II’ collection.
Canvas prints are available in 4 sizes:
- Small 12" x 12" (30cm x 30cm)
- Medium 20" x 20" (50cm x 50cm)
- Large 28" x 28" (70cm x 70cm)
- Extra Large 40" x 40" (100cm x 100cm).
The artwork is printed on to a high quality poly-cotton blend canvas that is wrapped around a thick wooden pine frame that sits off the wall. The print image wraps around the sides of the frame so is perfect to hang straight on to the wall without framing.
Alternatively choose to add a black or white floater frame that create a striking 'floating' effect, giving the art an elegant, modern touch.
Please note that some of the images are provided for illustrative purposes to show how the canvas print is constructed. The actual shipped print will use the specific painting of the selected product ordered.
